I often receive questions about how to refill ink cartridges. I've never had good luck with doing that myself. I've tried and worn ink on my hands and face for weeks. The best way to do it is to buy REFILLABLE ink cartridges. They are not expensive and easy to use. I've used them when refurbishing a plotter and they've worked fine.
