Been having problems with my plotter for a while. Got it working by setting up an old dedicated computer for it and found I could not print large drawings. Then Susan appeared, she had the correct drivers for the printer and now working. Finally. I made a contact on her so if I have problems again I will return. A big thank you. Kelvin

Ok so I have HP design jet 600 for years I think I bought it for $600 maybe 8-10 years ago. Over the years I spend a lot more than I paid for it to local LA "gurus" to make it work when it would stop working. I have not used it for about 6 month and yesterday I turned it on and it start giving me all kinds of error messages (as usual) after it was not used for a while.
I started looking online for ink, paper, how to fix videos (Also as usual) and came across Susan's video on Youtube and there was her phone number, so I called and we chat for few minutes. She gave me some advise and we exchanged the information.
Guess what ?
After I got off the phone literally in 10 minutes my plotter was up and running and I can not thank her enough.
Of course I was happy to make a donation - She saved me so much money and trouble.
God bless you Susan! Stay safe and healthy and I hope we all go back to our normal lives soon.

Susan just finished getting my 330 going again. It's such a pleasure to have a competent and persistent person to turn to. I totally recommend Susan to anyone trying to keep an HP in service. She never gives up!!

As I write this review I am listening to the music of my Designjet, printing in the background Music to many of the ears that have dealt with the Princess. Like most of us I was looking for an affordable way to create prints for our business with out breaking the bank. I scoured Ebay and decided on a 430. Knowing just enough to get me in trouble I thought I had made a big mistake until I accidently found Susan's site. And literally the fun was just about to begin New belt, paper feed roller, some generous nerve calming one computer session to install drivers and it was making joyous noises. Then I hit a snag literally the paper kept jamming, but no problem Susan bailed me out ( literally I was missing the bail) two days later the missing part installed, thanks to the princess we were up and printing. As Susan assured me these little machines are rock solid. Susan's level of service and caring is overwhelming after the first phone call I felt like I was speaking with an old friend. Having a resource like Susan is wonderful and priceless at any amount. Thanks for your great work.

Searching for answers to a perplexing plotter problem on a HP T1200 and found Susan's site on the internet. The Plotter Princess, how could I go wrong? We chatted and worked through some possible solutions. Ultimately got it going when the user hit me with an "oh by the way" which lead to another call to Susan which she promptly resolved. Good Karma, thy name is Susan!

A new plotter costs as much as a good used car. This HP 430 was given to me in 2008 and has worked great ever since. Replace a belt every few years and they last forever. HP overbuilt and under engineered them so they would last forever. They have been trying for years to get rid of these machines through lack of support and other means of engineered obsolescence. They thought they finally had something when everyone updated to Windows 10 and no driver's were available. Jokes on you, HP! You say it cannot be done but it CAN! Huge thank you to Susan The Plotter Princess at MyOldDesignjet.com for helping me get another several years out of this dinosaur!

Thank you for the advice upon how to disable driver signature verification and the need to do so, to get my 650C working in Windows 10!
I have talked with Susan for years when I needed help with my 650C HP plotter and she is very knowledgeable!

I purchased a very old Designjet printer from Susan several months ago for a unbelievably low price. Not only did she have the old plotter up and running right away, but when I could not get it to print after 3 months of sitting idle, she immediately diagnosed the issue and helped me correct it. Susan has provided amazing customer service which has far surpassed my expectations. When we are finally ready to upgrade to a plotter from this decade, there is no question it will be purchased from ThePlotterPrincess!

I think the Plotter Princess should be renamed the Plotter Queen! She called me within an hour of posting my problem and was very helpful with suggestions and possible solutions to my problems. She took the time to explain things in detail which is rare these days. I instantly knew she was very knowledgeable of my plotter. She also informed me of the other inaccuracies of some tips I got from other sources. The net is lucky to have such a wonderful resource kind lady and I hope everyone will support her to keep this going.

Susan has been a great and instrumental point for all my plotter needs. When I purchased my HP 330, I thought I was never going to get it to work with Windows 7, but she proved me wrong. What could have cost me thousand of dollars turned out to be a few minutes of phone conversation, and I was up and running. In return, I donated money to keep her operational, because you don't find that kind of help these days.I will always support Susan's business and know she has the answers for all my printing and plotting needs. If you've received that kind of service please leave a review that we can publish to let others know.
